New - Allergy Matrix
HC3S would like to invite you to take a look at the new allergy matrix available now on our website.
We always strongly recommend to parents that full registration is made for any child with food allergies, however, if a parent chooses not to register their child for a special diet, the information contained in the allergy matrix will enable parents to make informed choices with their child. The matrix relates to the ingredients available in our current standard menu and provides information for the 14 main allergens.
