Dear families

We have had 4 children arrive at Breakfast Club this morning, who were not booked in on Arbor, which subsequently put us over our ratio for staff to children.

We have three staff that are permanent members of our Breakfast Club team, Mrs Sam Clarke, Mrs Sherren Corser and Mrs Emma Cripps. We also have Miss Kirsty Murphy, who is on standby to come in if our numbers exceed 40. This is why all bookings need to be on the system by 7.30pm the day before, so that we can contact Miss Murphy to let her know if she needs to attend the following day.

In future we will need to turn children away from Breakfast Club if our ratios are exceeded because parents have not booked, so please make sure that you do book.

Please also ensure that you are accompanying your child(ren) to the hall doors, and waiting with them until your booking has been verified each morning.

This is to ensure that all your children are kept safe while attending Breakfast Club.

Dear parents/carers,

We are really pleased that our breakfast club is such a well used and valued resource. Bookings are plentiful so to ensure safety of all children, and to comply with adult/child ratios required, we are asking that any bookings made for a breakfast club space are made in advance and by 7.30pm the night before it is needed. This will allow us to ask additional staff to come into work the following morning. 

This means from today, you will no longer be able to book a space for breakfast club after 7.30pm for the following morning.
