As you may know, we partner with independent music teachers who offer private instrument lessons during the school day. These sessions are arranged directly with the music teacher and are funded by families.

Dear Families,
We are writing to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, there will need to be some changes to classroom locations from September.
The new Year 2 children will be moving to the classrooms near the field, where the Year 5 children currently are.
The new Year 5 children will be moving to the upstairs classrooms, where Year 2 currently are.
We appreciate that this may not be the news that some children and families were expecting, and we understand that a change at this stage is not ideal. However, to help ensure a smooth transition, all children have today had the opportunity to visit and become familiar with their new classrooms to ensure they feel comfortable and confident about the change.
Please be reassured that drop-off and collection arrangements will remain exactly the same, and there will be no changes to the current entry and exit points.
As always, our priority is to provide the best possible learning environment for all children, and we are committed to making this transition as positive as possible.

Dear Year 4 Parents,
As part of our work on puberty this week we will be showing the following video alongside those last sent. All children will watch this and it will then be followed up in more detail with the girls in the year group.
