Leave of Absence

If there is an exceptional circumstance, such as a holiday, that requires you to take your child(ren) out of school please complete the form below. If possible please allow a week from submitting the form to receiving any confirmation. All forms should be handed in to the school office, or emailed to admin.office@wicor.hants.sch.uk. Any absence, such as a holiday, taken without the form being completed will be treated as unauthorised. You do not need to complete this form if the absence is due to a funeral, or any medical appointments, but you still need to contact the school office to notify us of these absences.
